THE CALVYX PLATFORM

A connected view of your project economics.

Trace selected assumptions through production, revenue, financial schedules and scenario results. Keep the inputs visible while you explore the outcomes.

Five views. One selected scenario.

The protected app retains the complete implemented dashboard.

01

Overview

Review throughput, annual revenue, EBITDA, plant CAPEX, provisional equity IRR, NPV and payback definitions. Explore the revenue split and cumulative equity cash flow.

02

Detailed Financials

Inspect product quantities, revenue components, annual costs, depreciation, funding, principal repayments, interest and equity cash-flow schedules.

03

Sensitivity

Compare oil price, recovered carbon black price, gate fee and carbon-credit price around a common selected base. Explore the target-return gate-fee and oil-price solvers.

04

Scale Comparison

Compare the five supported capacities while retaining your selected prices, yields, operating days and financial policies. View the full table and capacity charts.

05

Reports

Explore custom scenarios in your session and download current-input Excel, JSON, summary CSV and assumption records. Review the executive summary, illustrative Monte Carlo statistics and clearly labelled saved examples.

DEFINED SCOPE

Know what the model supports.

The current interactive model supports 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 tonnes of tyres per day, using defined reference cost and investment tables. Unsupported capacities are rejected rather than silently interpolated.

The model validates finite inputs, operating-day bounds and total product yields. It distinguishes a CAPEX/EBITDA ratio from cumulative equity payback. Alternative financial policies remain explicit and provisional.

It does not replace feedstock testing, product qualification, equipment guarantees, permitting work or project-specific cost verification. Those can be addressed through an agreed consultation scope.
